Our heavy duty OTR O ring is critical sealing component for off the road tubeless wheel rims, widely used in mining, quarry, construction site for loaders, mining dump trucks, bulldozers, graders and earthmoving machinery.
Manufacturing Process
We adopt strict full production workflow: high quality rubber compound internal mixing, automatic pre forming, high temperature high pressure compression vulcanization, cryogenic deflashing and multi step quality inspection. For large size OTR O ring, we apply seamless splicing welding technology, joint strength equals rubber body, preventing air leakage from joint position. Every batch passes hardness test, dimension check and air tightness test before delivery.
